The interview felt very laid back, more like a conversation than an actual interview. The staff were very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me. They really encouraged me to ask a lot of questions, so it's a good idea to have some prepared.

I applied and then reached out to a recruiter I had previously connected with. This helped get me to the front of the line and an interview was scheduled right away. They mostly asked questions to get to know me better and wanted to hear more about specific parts of my resume. I kept it casual by talking about everyday topics sometimes. I received an offer the next day.

The hiring process was simple and straight-forward. There was one round of interviews with a partner and manager, in addition to initial reviews with HR. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and I did not feel intimidated throughout the process. After each interview, I received a phone call asking me how I thought it went and then how they felt it went. Overall, it was very stress-free.
