Electrical Intern
The interview process was smooth and consisted of 3 rounds. It started with a recruiter round, which was pretty generic and focused on my interest in the company. Then there were two technical rounds. The technical rounds were on the easier side, with the interviewer asking basic questions to gauge my fundamental understanding.
- What are the advantages of using multiple drive units in an Electric Vehicle?
Intern
The interview process involved a phone call, followed by a zoom interview, and then a presentation. The focus was mainly on manufacturing and engineering topics. The presentation itself was 30 minutes, with an additional 30 minutes for questions. The interviews were quite challenging, requiring a good understanding of manufacturing terminology.
- Could you explain the difference between takt time and cycle time?
Intern
They want you to master graph representations like adjacency lists and matrices, and algorithms such as Dijkstra's, Bellman-Ford, and A* search. You should be able to solve problems with graph traversals, shortest paths, and cycle detection. Also, go beyond binary trees to learn about AVL trees, red-black trees, segment trees, and B-trees, including traversals, balancing, and their use in databases and filesystems.
- Can you explain how to implement a queue?
