It was a panel interview with ICU nursing leadership and unit reps. They asked behavioral and situational/clinical questions. It was organized and I got to talk about my strong interest in critical care and my motivation to grow as a new grad nurse at RUHS.

I applied for the RN I position and heard back from them about 2 weeks later. The interview process involved meeting with 2 unit managers. It was pretty straightforward with typical basic questions. I got an offer a week after the interview but turned it down because I accepted a position at a magnet hospital. The interviewers were really nice though. They have new management now and the hospital seems to be getting more stable and is expanding.
