It started with a recruiter reaching out and asking about salary. Then a 1-hour interview round was scheduled. The interviewer seemed inexperienced, not phrasing questions well. The first question was a generic scenario about traffic dropping on a LAN network. I tried to answer using the TCP/IP model, but the interviewer didn't seem familiar with the layers and mumbled without direction, contradicting himself about routing and IPsec. The second question was a coding question that the interviewer unnecessarily complicated. Despite my attempts to clarify, he told me to just code. I provided a brute force solution and was about to present a more efficient one when he stopped me, saying he was satisfied, indicating a lack of knowledge in deeper coding concepts. The call ended after an hour. I was disappointed with the interviewer but expected another round. The HR never followed up as promised. Overall, a very poor interview style and inexperienced interviewer with no detailed feedback, needing much improvement.

HR called me to schedule a coding assignment. It had two questions and I had one hour. I couldn't finish both but described the logic for each. Then, I had a 1:1 phone call with basic tech questions. After that, I went for an onsite interview which had 6 rounds with different team members testing all the required skills for the job. Lunch was informal with the whole team. It was a good learning experience.

I had a great interview experience here, probably one of the best. The recruiter was awesome and made a good impression. The whole team I met with during the interviews was great too. The company had a really good vibe from the moment I walked in, which I really liked.
