Senior Network Engineer
The interview starts with a chat with the hiring manager about your experience. If that goes well, you'll move on to a more in-depth technical discussion.
- Can you describe the biggest challenge you faced in your previous role?
Network Engineer
This was a technical interview, and the questions were basic networking questions. It seems like a good company to work for that knows about good work life balance. The manager also seemed to be very much a people person and excited about working for Riverbed.
- Can you define TCP/IP?
Network Engineer
We started with an online test which had MCQs and 2 programming questions, then there was a programming evaluation where we were given 2 coding questions, one based on a tree and the other on converting decimal to a Roman number, and finally, there were technical interviews. People were shortlisted after every round. About 10 people were qualified for the interview out of 50.
- Questions based on networking, operating systems, DS, algos and about the project you have done.
- Be thorough with the basics of the above mentioned concepts.
