Went through a few rounds and seemed okay individually, but after the third round, I was randomly ghosted. I reached out to the recruiter twice over a month to find out the status, but nothing. It's a shame because the company talks about using AI for customers, but they can't even send a rejection email. I'd pass on them. Based on other interviews, this seems common, and I suspect they're just trying to get info on current market processes.

It was short and to the point. I was told to dress in a formal suit and ask about the company. I should also show interest in their products and just be cheerful and keep a good tone, as they are a young team.

It was a really bad experience. I had three interviews with the VP, and they seemed to go well. Some interviewers even mentioned that I should expect long hours and hard work, which I actually respect. But then the recruiter went completely silent for a whole month. When I followed up to get a formal confirmation, they sent an email asking to connect on LinkedIn, even though we were already connected. I mean, you have to work, but I'd strongly advise against working for this organization.
