Delivery Manager
The interview process involved two initial HR and hiring manager video calls, followed by an offer. After the offer, they sent the laptop and other items needed for the role. It was quite straightforward.

Manager
I applied online and got a text a few weeks later to call about a phone interview. I tried calling several times but couldn't get through, so I left a voicemail. Two days later, I called again because I hadn't heard back. The person on the phone seemed a bit confused, like she didn't know the text had been sent. She asked what role I applied for, but honestly, it had been so long I couldn't remember. She scheduled me for a phone interview the next day. The phone interview itself went really well; she said I was perfect and my current job was exactly what this role entailed. Then she mentioned the starting salary was €17,000 a year, which is super low considering I make €22,000 doing the same thing now. She said she'd just check with a store manager to set up the next interview, but I never heard back from her.
- Can you discuss your past roles?
- What would you do if your merchandising idea differed from your manager's?
- In a merchandising disagreement, who makes the final decision?
