The interview process was demanding in terms of prior knowledge of the entity, however expectations were much lower in understanding the position. Overall be sharp in presenting yourself and really prove that you are fast, efficient, and responsible.

The interview process for the internship at Mandapa was pretty good. I went through a few interviews, and everyone was super nice and professional. They looked at my skills and how I'd fit in with the team, which was cool. It was like a regular internship interview, and it felt really welcoming and supportive.

Had a Zoom call after applying on LinkedIn. The interview process and results were pretty quick. Recommend this role overall. I did an internship in Japan, and it's one of the few that are paid. There are growth and advancement opportunities if you want them, and also opportunities to change or move around within the organization.
