Had a phone interview for about an hour with an Assistant Financial Adviser. They asked general questions about my past experiences and how I handle certain situations. The interview was calm and relaxed; I felt comfortable talking with the interviewers and learned a lot of important information about the role.

It starts with a screening phone call with HR, then you move to a face-to-face interview with the Finance Manager and Asst. DOF. If you get an interview with the DOF, they are seriously considering you for the role. They use specific questions that are more about general personality than job duties. The whole process can be quite lengthy for external candidates. If they offer you the position, you then have to wait for the next orientation class to start employment.

Confirmed questions1 question

They ask you questions that have nothing to do with customer service or job at hand. They also paint this amazing picture about how the job will be and I have yet to see the bright side of this job. They also offer free trips that are IMPOSSIBLE to go on, and you pay for your own flight and food.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Are you ready to travel around the world with the free trips we have?
