So, I had a really rough time with this company's hiring process. I made it through all the interviews the first time, and they rejected me because they picked someone else, which was fine. But then, a few weeks later, they contacted me again for a similar role and asked if I still wanted to do the interviews. I did another interview, and I passed that one too, even though I'd already been through it. Then they asked for references. After that, I was left waiting forever for a decision, and they kept saying I'd hear back 'tomorrow,' but nothing happened. It felt like they were stalling, probably waiting to see if another candidate would accept, just like the first time. When they finally replied, right before a holiday, they said there were 'red flags' from the reference check. But my reference told me they gave really positive feedback, the complete opposite of what the company claimed. I really trust my reference, so it didn't make sense why they'd call me back and ask for references if they were still considering other people. The whole thing was just annoying and unprofessional, with lots of delays, broken promises, and bad communication.

Behavioral Technical Coding System Design Presentation

I had a really good interview experience. The interviewer really looked at my resume and asked good questions about what I've done. They explained the job and company culture clearly, which was helpful. During the technical interview, I got a rundown of what needed to be done, and we talked about how to design the system and API. I also got some time to code, and they chimed in when needed. The two people who interviewed me were professional and nice. They gave me helpful feedback too. Then I met with the team lead, and he was a great listener when I went deep on a project I was showing. After that, we did a system design interview that was tough but interesting. The interviewers were super professional and paid attention, and I got to show what I could do. They made me feel respected.

I had a 1-hour interview followed by a 3-hour on-site coding assignment. Unfortunately, I didn't receive an offer. I thought the interviews went well, so I asked for feedback but never heard back. Later, they emailed me asking for my feedback. My advice is to not waste your time with them.
