Behavioral Technical

My interview process for the Financial Representative job was pretty focused and engaging. It had a few stages to check my technical skills and also my soft skills like communication, building client relationships, and problem-solving. It kicked off with a chat that felt good right away, and we quickly got into stuff that's actually about the job. We zeroed in on explaining hard financial things in a simple way for clients. The whole interview felt like a real look into how I think about clients and how I'd actually do the job.

Behavioral Group Presentation

The interview process was definitely different from what I have experienced before. I first attended a Career Overview which was great to learn more before deciding to interview. Then I had two rounds of Zoom interviews with the Manager, and then came in for an Observation Day where I got to meet the team and shadow some meetings which was awesome! I feel like I was able to truly get an understanding of the company, position, and culture before making my decision. But it was for real the easiest Yes and it's been a great experience ever since.

Behavioral Presentation Other

First, there was this hour-long career overview over Zoom with a bunch of other people. The presenter seemed rushed and ended the call abruptly, no time for questions. He told us to reach out if we wanted to interview, but the talent specialist actually contacted me first that same day. A week later, I interviewed with a managing director. He mostly just talked about the job and industry, and shared his own life story. He mentioned he was looking for "businessmen." The job is all commission-based. It didn't really feel like an interview because he did most of the talking. He asked me to email him my thoughts and request a second interview. He never replied, but the talent specialist let me know I didn't get the job.
