First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rise North Capital.
Financial Advisor
It was a really thorough interview process, but it made sense why. I spoke with a bunch of people on the team over a few interviews. It was cool to get a feel for the culture and what a day in the life of an advisor is like.
- How much do you want this job on a scale of 1 to 10?
Finance Representative
It was a pretty involved interview process, with a bunch of different interviews. They asked me about my personality, how I handle business stuff, and then talked about my future with the company and if I could start my own business.
- What are your career aspirations?
Financial Services Representative
The interview process was detailed, efficient, and thorough. It began with an informative video about the company's mission and general structure. After learning about the company, I was asked if I was interested in moving forward. I then had two interviews with the hiring manager. Following that, I was invited to the office for an observation day. During the observation day, I met several employees and observed business in action, which gave me a sense of the company culture and the personalities there. On that same day, I had a third interview with upper management. Soon after, I received a formal offer letter for the position.
- If we offer you the job, where will you get business from?
Financial Representative
The interview process was definitely different from what I have experienced before. I first attended a Career Overview which was great to learn more before deciding to interview. Then I had two rounds of Zoom interviews with the Manager, and then came in for an Observation Day where I got to meet the team and shadow some meetings which was awesome! I feel like I was able to truly get an understanding of the company, position, and culture before making my decision. But it was for real the easiest Yes and it's been a great experience ever since.
