I had a 10-minute intro call on Zoom. The conversation went well, but I don't think the interviewer looked at my resume beforehand. The interview was for a contract that hadn't been awarded yet.

Analyst
It was a pretty straightforward process with 3 interviews. First, a phone screen where they asked general questions. Then, I had a one-on-one with a manager to discuss management style and past experiences in detail. The last interview involved a case study presentation. I received the case study the day before and had to present my solution to a panel and answer their questions. Overall, it was a positive experience!
