Product Manager
The interview was conducted in both Chinese and English. The interviewer was quite friendly, and the entire process took less than an hour. The outcome of the interview was communicated within a few days.

Product Manager
It was pretty straightforward. First a phone call, then an onsite interview, and then a presentation that was also on-site. What a waste of time and energy, they could have done it all in one go. This was honestly the worst experience. They ghosted me and another person I know who interviewed for the same job. It wasn't just me. They apparently ghost everyone. It's been two months since the onsite and still no word. Several interviewers were late for our in-person meetings and seemed clueless about the technology. Zoom is way better and more professional, I'd recommend them over RingCentral. And the recruiter? Don't even get me started. Terrible recruiting and zero respect for professionals.

Product Manager
Recruiter contact via email to set up the interview went smoothly. However, 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, I was still waiting in the lobby. Someone eventually came to get me and brought me to a meeting room where I waited for the recruiter. He was late, discussed the incorrect job with me, and then rushed me to the hiring manager. I was then left in the hiring manager's office, who was also running late, so I waited there. This person was texting and then took a phone call during our interview.
- How would you suggest we compete with Slack?
