Behavioral Technical

I thought the interview process was going smoothly at first. I was interviewing for multiple positions and they were very communicative about what to expect, interviews, and follow ups. But then I started getting left in the middle of the process and only heard back from one recruiter when nearing the end of the recruitment season. The interviews also barely had any structure, just asking me to run through my resume. They barely had any follow up questions if they knew my experience did not suit the role.

I applied and a recruiter got in touch to set up a phone call. It went great, but after following up a couple times, I never heard back. Then, months later, the same recruiter contacted me again. After that, I had a final round interview. It went well, but again, no word even after following up. The recruiter finally TEXTED me to say I didn't get the job. Super unprofessional and shows how little they care about making people feel good about working there.
