Customer Success Manager
I went through 5 rounds of interviews. The first was a screener, then I interviewed with the hiring manager which was the hardest round. After that, there was a panel interview which was the easiest. Then came a presentation round that required a lot of preparation and was medium difficulty. Finally, I had an interview with a different hiring manager. After all that, I never heard back for a week and a half, and then they told me I didn't get the job. They did want to consider me for another CSM role and asked me to meet that team's hiring manager since I had already gone through the whole process. I agreed to meet and it went well. It's been over a month now and I've been ghosted. I've emailed, messaged on LinkedIn, and called, but no response. It's really disrespectful to waste so much of my time and not give a clear answer. Even if they offered me the job now, I probably wouldn't take it because of how they treated candidates.
- Can you provide examples of contact center data you would present to a customer during an EBR?
Customer Success Manager
I had a quick video chat for this job, which is totally remote. The person I talked to brought up salary and bonus stuff, and shared info about KPIs for the role, plus what the interview process would be like and what happens next.
- How do you usually stay in touch with customers?
Customer Success Manager
So, first up was this phone screen, then a 1-on-1 video call, and after that, a 2-on-1 video interview. Didn't get an offer, but then like 5 months later, I saw the same role open up and reapplied. A phone screen got set up, but also got this random LinkedIn message asking if I was still interested, which was weird since we'd already talked. The recruiter realized during the phone screen that I'd interviewed before, like 5 months ago. Got rejected by email the next day. It was kinda messy, not gonna lie.
- Can you tell me how many customer accounts you're currently managing?
