I applied straight into the company, and it looked like a great fit considering my extensive telecom and tech experience. I was hoping for a company that was more like Google than Centurylink. A really nice recruiter reached out to me, and we had a quick face-to-face meeting. Then, I had a great phone interview with the hiring manager. When I went onsite, though, the environment wasn't as open as I had expected.

Behavioral Technical

First, there was a recruiter phonescreen. Then, within a few days, I got a video conference call with several team members. They asked good questions and were clear about what they wanted. The next step was an onsite interview that same week, which went really well. I liked the office and the people, and my interviewer was direct but also relaxed. The whole thing took about 3 weeks from start to finish.
