It was super easy! I just walked in, and we talked through my resume and asked some easy questions. I did a side-by-side [task], and they made an offer right then. I had been waiting for a spot to open up, so there was a bit of a wait, but they reached out immediately about the location I was interested in.

I applied online. Got contacted via email a few days later to schedule an interview. Went in for a quick interview later that week. Asked some standard interview questions. The whole process was fast and simple. I interviewed with Jeff, who was really friendly and helpful. The call center seemed like a pretty laid-back and casual place to work. Overall, it was a great experience. It looks like an exciting company with lots of opportunities for growth and advancement.

The interview was around 20 minutes long. We talked about my resume, and I was asked about the product (they had emailed me some info to study beforehand). They also asked about my previous employer and what it was like.
