- Have you worked with customers over the phone before?
Technical Support Representative
The first step was a phone call where we talked about my past jobs and I was asked one question. After I answered, I got an offer to come in for an in-person interview the following day. The same person interviewed me when I got there. He gave me a tour, then took me to an office where I was asked a few more questions. I got a job offer after answering them.
- What would you do if you committed to something but couldn't follow through?
- Can you share an instance of dealing with a difficult person and how you managed the situation?
- Tell me about your previous work experiences.
Technical Support Representative
After applying, I got an email for a phone interview. Then, they set up an in-person interview. During that interview, they asked me some general questions about myself and some job-related questions. After the interview, I got to sit in and listen to an employee handle a customer phone call.
