Corporate Recruiter
I was contacted by the Sr. Corporate Recruiter from CA for a role here in Arizona. From the start, I enjoyed her approach. She was clear about what she needed, outlined the interview process, and discussed the role's goals within the company and her expectations as a partner. She gave a detailed overview of each interviewer and followed up with me after every call to discuss my experience. This was the best recruiting experience I've had with any company recently. I'll absolutely recommend this company and this recruiter to anyone seeking a similar position.

Recruiting Coordinator
Got an email from a recruiter shortly after submitting my resume to set up a phone interview. I picked a date a few days out. The recruiter was super nice on the call. Then, about 1-2 weeks later, I got an invite for two in-person interviews scheduled for two weeks from then. When I got there, they told me the second interview was off because the interviewers were sick and busy. So, the first interview happened, and they said they'd reschedule the second one for the next day or the week after at the latest. After waiting three weeks with no word, I followed up with a recruiting coordinator. They replied the next day saying they'd passed my email to my recruiter. A day after that, I got an automated email saying they were moving on with other people. The first interview went great in my opinion, but the second one never got rescheduled, and I never heard anything.
- What skills are key for a recruiting coordinator?
- How do you tell a candidate they didn't make it?
- Describe a challenge you faced and how you handled it.
Recruiter
I had a phone interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager, though it was unclear if it was for a Sourcer or Recruiter role. A week later, I had an onsite interview with a Senior Recruiter, both lasting about 30 minutes. I got a verbal offer right after the onsite, but the Talent Acquisition Manager pressured me for a quick acceptance before I received the official offer letter. The offer details were vague and the pushiness made me uncomfortable. Ultimately, no offer letter was ever sent, and I never heard back from the hiring manager.
- Can you describe your previous recruiting experience?
