Customer Service Representative
I applied through Indeed. The process was super simple, they didn't really care about call center experience. The interview and training were both done in person back when I did it in 2018. Since then, I've interviewed for other jobs and they use a STAR method/format.

Customer Service Representative
The hiring process was super smooth and quick. Just hours after applying, I got an email from the recruiter and set up a phone interview. The phone interview started on time, lasted about 15 minutes, and covered questions about me, the company, and the role. I was able to schedule an in-person interview during that call. The in-person interview was about 35 minutes long and included good questions about my experience and attitude, plus more info about the company. They made me an offer during the interview, which I accepted. After that, everything was even better with clear emails and forms explaining what was needed. Overall, a great experience.

Customer Service Agent
I got referred by someone who works there. I applied online and got an email the next day to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty short, about 10-15 minutes. I set up the in-person interview during the phone call, it was scheduled for a week later. When I went in for the in-person, I got to hang out with an employee and listen to a couple of calls. After that, they took me back to a room and offered me the job because of how the phone interview went. The in-person interview mainly involved going over the job requirements and setting up my schedule.
