I was expecting a superficial interview, just for formality, without real knowledge checks, based on comments from other consulting companies. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised by the seriousness of this technical interview. I received technical questions, like those from my exams, from a professional. I particularly appreciated the clarity from both HR and the professional, which definitely changed my mind about the idea I had from reading about other consulting companies, where I thought I would be left on my own once hired. It's still an interview, but I consider the overall experience positive.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had a nice chat with HR, and then with the technical manager. After that, they asked me to write some feedback on the interviews, which I did quickly because I was really keen on the role. But then, radio silence for a whole month! When I followed up, they said they'd just finished interviewing and would be in touch. Two weeks later, I got an automated message saying I wasn't available for another interview. I chased them again, and they told me the position was filled by someone internal.

So, I applied with my resume and had a chat with HR, only to find out later it was for a lower seniority role without anyone telling me. It's been two months since that interview and still no news. For a senior professional with two Master's degrees in engineering, being tested multiple times on systems of four equations with four unknowns is frankly outrageous and offensive. Definitely won't be dealing with them again.

I had a really great, thorough, and detailed interview. The conversation was smooth and pleasant, and the questions were relevant. I felt like the recruiters were really listening. The atmosphere was both professional and friendly, which made me feel comfortable right away. It's really motivating to meet such a committed team and to feel that my skills and profile align with their expectations. I'm leaving this interview feeling very positive and even more eager to join this company!
