The interview process seemed reasonable. They indicated there might be up to five interviews in total to reach an offer, but I only completed three. The interviews were with the internal recruiter, then some potential colleagues, and finally a first-line hiring manager. They also mentioned that the order of these interviews could sometimes change based on the availability of the interviewers.

Behavioral Presentation

Started with a recruiter chat, then spoke with the Sales SVP. After that, I met with the hiring leader. I also had to put together and deliver a 30/60/90 day plan. There was a 30-minute panel presentation for a group of leaders. References were checked, including very senior execs, but it didn't seem like they actually contacted them. Felt like they had already picked someone else because the panel interview wasn't very engaging.

Behavioral Other

The interviewer was very rude, condescending, and hostile. They ended the interview abruptly, not allowing me to ask any questions about the job. They insisted I come for an onsite interview the next day, even after I explained I had a prior commitment, showing a lot of inconsideration and rudeness. It felt like an interrogation, and they even asked personal questions. It was a really bad interview experience overall.

Behavioral Technical

The HR Manager was my first point of contact and mentioned there would be 3-4 interviews following that initial meeting. For weeks, HR couldn't even get a hold of the hiring manager, which was strange. Despite that delay, I proceeded to the second round where I met with the Web Strategy lead and Sr Global Digital Marketing Manager. They seemed to like me, though the web strategist was clearly focused on their work throughout the interview. I was told I was moving forward, but after waiting five weeks for the hiring manager to connect, I decided to withdraw my application.
