Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rightpoint.
Lead Developer
The interview process included 2 technical rounds. Both started with an introduction to my current project. All subsequent questions were related to my current working project, focusing on Core Java (Collections, Stream API, File Reading), Spring (Spring MVC, Security), Design Patterns (Singleton, Factory, Abstract), scenario-based solutions, and general interactive questions.
- Can you discuss Core Java concepts like Collections, Stream API, and File Reading?
- What are your thoughts on Spring MVC and Spring Security?
- Explain your understanding of Design Patterns such as Singleton, Factory, and Abstract.
Software Engineer
The interviewer seemed really uninterested and lazy, barely engaging in any real conversation. When I tried to ask about their role and projects, I got minimal, one-word answers with no eye contact. They just kept asking the same technical questions over and over.
- Can you explain OOPS?
- Tell me about loops.
- What is the difference between Synchronous and Asynchronous Programming?
Dot NET Developer
In interview there were three rounds. First round was simple HR where they ask normal HR questions, Second round was a technical round they check basics of Object Oriented Programming and final round they check your confidence and attitude that are you suitable for organization or not. Overall it was easy just be confident.
- Could you share details about your family background?
- What motivates your interest in joining our organization?
