So, the interview at Rightpoint started with a recruiter chat. It was pretty basic, mostly about if I fit and scheduling, didn't really tell me much about the company. Then I talked to the hiring manager, and it was similar - standard questions about my experience and fit, but not much on company goals or what they expect for the job. After that, I had interviews with a peer and a panel. These were also pretty easy, focusing on behavioral stuff and 'what if' scenarios. Even when I asked questions, the answers from the peer and panel were kinda vague, not really giving specifics about strategy or culture. It wasn't a hard process, but it didn't give me enough info to really decide if I wanted to join.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

This was one of the worst interview experiences I've had! The recruiter was great and kept me informed. I went through 6 rounds of interviews only to be told I didn't have enough experience for what they were looking for. You'd think they'd know my qualifications by interview 2 or 3. I also had an assessment where I had to write an email and plan a timeline. Again, you'd think after the assessment and 3rd interview they'd know my qualifications! So why drag it out to 6 interviews just to say I wasn't a fit? It was a lot of wasted time and preparation just to not get an offer. If you don't know eCommerce, don't waste your time applying.
