First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Right Management.
Project Manager
I had an initial intro call on the phone. Then, I had a couple more interviews with different managers from the departments. These were all done online through Microsoft Teams, even though they asked my preference.
- Can you share your experience and understanding of how things work?
- How would you describe your general ability to work remotely?
- Are you able to manage your own time and workload effectively?
Consultant
The interview felt engaging and supportive. The interviewer used their knowledge and experience to guide me. As a young professional, it was really helpful in understanding and communicating in the right direction and setting context. They eventually directed me towards applying for a more appropriate role based on my experience level, rather than the one I was interviewing for.
- Can you describe your experience?
- What motivates your job search?
Analyst
I had three rounds of interviews: first a recruiter call, then a chat with the hiring manager, and finally a meeting with senior management. The hiring manager interview was rough, he seemed to be trying to intimidate me and was just really annoying, it totally turned me off. The hardest part was getting updates from the recruiter; I emailed for three weeks after the second round and heard nothing. Over a month and a half later, a different recruiter called me, saying the old one left. This really showed how unorganized the company was. They offered me a job within a week and didn't even give me two days to think about it. The recruiter called my needing time to consider 'procrastinating', which was ironic given their delays. After I declined, they wanted me to talk to senior management before making a final decision. I took the call, but the senior manager didn't even show up. Even though the final interview itself went okay, the overall candidate experience and communication really made me doubt if this was the right place for me.
- What led you to work in Talent Acquisition instead of remaining in Consulting?
Talent Management Consultant
The interview process had 3 rounds: one with a recruiter, one with the hiring manager, and one with a potential peer. The hardest part was getting updates from the recruiter. I'd email every 7-14 days and get no response. Even though the interviews went fine, the way I was treated and communicated with as a candidate made me really wonder if this was a place I wanted to work.
- Can you explain how you'd handle situations requiring you to meet tight deadlines?
