So I had a phone screening call, and then they set up in-office interviews on the same day with 3 different employees and also the CEO. The whole thing lasted about 3 hours, and it went pretty well. But then they rejected me without explaining why.

It was super efficient! I went in for two back-to-back interviews in person. Mostly behavior-focused questions. My overall feeling is great. First I met with the COO, then the CEO. I heard back in a couple of days with feedback.

I had an HR call first, then three 30-minute interviews with staff. The next step was to work on a real-time project for the company. I was required to reach out to potential consultants as if I were a real employee. It was pretty vague.
