The first two interview stages, a phone call with HR and a video call with HR and my future manager, were interesting and helped me learn about their needs. They went well, although I was asked a strange question unrelated to the job: about my personal relationship status (whether I'm in a couple or single). The third stage, a physical interview with my future manager, was very bizarre. There were inappropriate jokes and unprofessional remarks like, "I only hire people less attractive than me; if you weren't hired, it's because you're more handsome" and comments about another candidate, "If we select her, I'll ask her to change her name, it's too difficult to remember." I left the last interview feeling put off. Even though I think my profile was interesting to them, my future manager suggested I email him if I was still motivated so they could make an offer. Given the unpleasant and inappropriate remarks during the physical interview, I decided not to follow up by email and stop there. However, after these 3 interviews, I didn't receive any feedback from them about their decision or about another candidate being selected. Even though I would have refused the offer, I think it would have been professional and appropriate to close the process with an email from them, but that didn't happen. This again shows a lack of professionalism and respect.

After applying, a recruiter will give you a call if they think you're a good fit. This call includes a quick phone interview with some basic questions, and they'll share more about the role. If that goes well, you'll get scheduled for an in-person interview. This in-person meeting is about 30 minutes long and pretty chill. You'll chat with your future Integrated Account manager and your Supervisor. They'll ask about your background and why you're interested in the position. At the end, they'll let you know if you made the cut.

Applied and got a reply in a few days to schedule an interview. The interview went well and the questions were pretty average. The issue was after the interview, which was the first week of June. It took until the last week of August for them to inform me I wasn't selected and would pass my resume to another department. It's baffling how it takes 3 months to get this feedback after consistently being told I was the top candidate. I had already received another job offer by then, but I still found the whole experience very inconsiderate.
