I applied on their website and got an email within a day to set up a phone interview. I scheduled it using a link and they called right on time. The call lasted about half an hour. It seemed like the interviewer just did a basic check to see if my resume was accurate. I'm waiting to hear back about the next step, which is a questionnaire/personality test.

Behavioral Technical

I was contacted by an ADP recruiter who passed my info along. It felt like a waste of time though. After a phone interview, there was an hour-long online test with personality, math, and logic questions. I suspect this company just collects resumes because friends have had similar experiences: interview, test, then silence. They keep advertising and contacting people, but I think they just want to justify hiring an internal candidate.

Behavioral Presentation

Ricoh reached out to me about my sales management background for an interview with their District Manager. He did a great job of assessing my skills and seeing if I'd be a good fit. We had two interviews, and a final face-to-face was planned. I ultimately couldn't take the job because of other commitments, but they did offer it, and the compensation was good. The District Manager seemed really keen on finding a manager who could help their team members truly succeed.
