Everything was one-on-one. Started with the Portfolio Product Manager. A week later, I talked to the Marketing Ops Manager. Then, about 5 days after that, I had a casual chat with the VP of Marketing.

It was a phone screen, then an in-person meeting with the hiring manager. They asked the usual interview questions about accomplishments, challenges, and career goals. There was also a lot of time spent on my specific industry background.

Behavioral Presentation

The application process for Ricoh Australia was pretty standard. After applying, I was selected for an interview with the hiring manager. The next day, I got a quick email saying I wasn't successful. A week later, after our second son was born, I followed up with the hiring manager for feedback on why they chose other candidates. Apparently, HR made a mistake with the email! I then went through some really thorough reference checks (onerous for them!) and had a second meet and greet with the sales manager. After that, I was offered the role.
