Customer Service Representative
The interview process was easygoing and start forward. The managers seem to want the best for their team, and work hard to ensure you succeed. Would definitely apply if anyone is looking.

Customer Service Representative
I went through an interview for a Customer Service Rep position at Ricoh Hong Kong Limited and it was pretty unprofessional. The department head was super disrespectful, kept questioning my answers even when I had proof like tax docs for my salary. Instead of talking things through, it felt like they were attacking me. They cut me off all the time, like I could barely say anything before they'd jump in with weird, irrelevant jokes. They also accused me of not being confident just because I talk a bit softer, and they pretended not to understand my Mandarin even though it's fluent and others confirmed it. They also judged my English skills unfairly even though my school results and other tests were good. They asked confusing questions like about Excel versions and then dismissed my right answer, saying my IT background wasn't enough even though I have an ICT degree. The interviewer was also really gaslighty, saying I wouldn't do well in other jobs, making fun of my career choices, and making up fake comparisons just to disagree. They totally dismissed my customer service experience because my old company was small and I used a desktop phone, saying I had no experience. They also wrongly called me 'unstable' for leaving my last job because of downsizing, saying I'd quit in a month or two. The whole probation and bonus thing was explained really confusingly, and the offered salary was low. They said there'd be a second interview after meeting HR, colleagues, and the head, which felt unnecessary. The whole thing was over an hour and felt like psychological torture, not an interview. They didn't even show basic respect. Be prepared for a bad vibe.

Call Center Representative
I went through 3 interviews total - 1 HR phone screen; 1 onsite with middle management; and 1 onsite with upper management. The interview process was pretty efficient and despite the long wait between notifications, it seemed to be well-managed. However - I was very disappointed that the company did not extend the courtesy of a phone call, which I think was definitely warranted after 2 onsite interviews, when I was not selected. I had to call HR twice to get updates and finally received clarification over the phone that the position was filled by another candidate.
