I put in my application online and after that, I had a screening with HR. Then I interviewed with my direct manager, and finally with the VP.

Behavioral Group Case

You're interviewed in the same little meeting room with two other candidates at the same time. The questions are situational and the sales manager is present as well as the hr manager. The whole experience was very awkward and it seem completely unnecessary to have three people competing there for the best answer

I received the call on time as scheduled. The recruiter was very professional and aimed to create a positive atmosphere. The interview is structured to gather as much information as possible. There were no trick questions. At the beginning, I had the chance to introduce myself. Then, some questions about my resume and especially about my motivation for changing jobs were asked. Finally, salary was discussed, and the next steps in the application process were outlined.
