The person I was supposed to interview with never showed or was unavailable. I ended up meeting another individual who wasn't prepared to meet with me but was able to have a nice conversation and review my background as well as theirs. it was very casual interview. I wrote a thank you note but never even heard back to even say I didnt get the job. i thought it was very unprofessional to have interviews scheduled snd the person not show up and then dont even send a letter or anything saying hou did not get the job.

They email you for an interview, and when you step in, it's a room filled with chairs aligned in rows. Before the interview process starts, they ask you to fill out an application. During the interview, they asked questions and we all took turns answering. After that, they collected ALL of our applications and said they were going to check our references. According to the other reviews, no one was asked to stay behind so I guess no one got hired that day LOL.

I saw the job on craigslist and applied. Got a call back pretty quickly within the same week. The first actual interview was a pre-screening with an HR assistant. They asked me some basic questions about how I'd handle different scenarios and what I thought I could contribute to the company, and they were really interested in my passion for hair and cosmetics.
