Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Richemont.
Sales
The process was really smooth. I went through 3 rounds of interviews and then got a formal offer a week later which I accepted. I stayed there for 3 years and now I'm looking for something new.
- Regarding your application to a Richemont-owned company, what was your favorite aspect?
Sales Assistant
First, there was an online asynchronous video question and answer session, followed by an in-person interview with the store manager. The interview wasn't complicated, with traditional and usual questions, and we got the answer quickly (within a few days).
- Why Richemont group?
Sales Representative
It was a great experience with friendly people and a nice office. Two people interviewed me. They showed me around the office and I got to meet some employees, even sitting down with one of them more closely. They gave me a task to write a customer email to assess my customer-friendly writing skills, especially related to tourism.
- What are your long-term career aspirations over the next five years?
