First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Richemont.
Talent Acquisition Specialist
The whole thing took about 2 months and I had over 5 interviews, plus a business case and a personality test. The recruiter was super helpful and kept me in the loop the whole time. It was a really good experience.
- Can you walk me through your career path?
- What are your thoughts on how HR has evolved and what are some job-specific questions about that?
- How do you see yourself making a difference in the HR department?
Recruiter
So I talked to people and they'd say they liked me and I'd meet someone else, then just ghosted. I gave them another shot for a different role and the same thing happened. All that talk like you're great, then you never hear back. I'd rather you just tell me I'm not a fit, or whatever else is the reason than to not hear from anybody. They would never treat paying clients this way.
- Can you tell me about your background?
- What experience do you have in the fashion industry?
- What defines a luxury brand?
Sourcing Specialist
We began with a phone interview with the Sourcing Advisor, then an interview with the hiring manager, followed by a casual chat with potential teammates, and finally a phone interview with the Director. It was a good experience overall; they gave me a lot of info about the company and I got a clear idea of what the role would entail.
- Can you walk me through your career history?
- What motivates you to apply for this specific position?
- What has been your biggest professional challenge?
