First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Richemont.
Project Manager
First I had an interview with the line manager and HR over teams, which involved technical and behavioral questions. Then, I had a half-day onsite interview, meeting with my N+2 and the rest of the team.
- What do you bring to the table?
- What is your preferred management style?
- Can you answer some questions related to metallurgy?
Project Manager
The interview process was pretty standard. It kicked off with a 30-minute chat with HR, followed by a meeting with the Hiring Manager. The final stage involved speaking with the Hiring Manager's manager. No specific business case or anything out of the ordinary was part of the process.
- Could you elaborate on your current roles and responsibilities?
Project Manager Intern
A 20 minute interview with the manager, where they asked technical questions related to the job description. The interview felt friendly and the company seems like a good place to work.
- What makes you want to join Richemont?
