So right now, I'm in the first round which is an AI screening, and then the next step is with the manager. It took about 2 weeks to get the interview invitation, and I'm now waiting to advance to the next stage with the managers.

Behavioral Technical

First, a recruiter reached out and asked some basic questions, then scheduled a phone interview with an assistant manager. After that, I had an in-person interview at the Grand Prairie facility. It lasted about an hour and covered my past experience and some situational questions. The manager interviewing me seemed disengaged, frequently checking his phone and watching people walk by, which I found rude and distracting. He also seemed inexperienced. I realized pretty quickly it wasn't the right place for me. The assistant manager, Trey, was great though, very nice and attentive.

The interview process was very professional, but intense, lasting over an hour. The first in-person interview involved two leaders, and the second interview included two senior leaders. The final interview was scheduled to be with Cartier via conference call.
