Behavioral Case

So the first part is like a quick chat to see if you're a good fit. If that goes well, you'll then meet with the marketing manager, hopefully in person. Make sure you've done your homework on the group's brands, what's new in the luxury scene, and who their competitors are – that'll help a lot. It's mostly standard interview stuff, but they might throw in some scenarios asking what you'd do for a particular task. Just a heads up, they're pretty set on the start date, so be clear about when you can begin because that's what cost me the role - I could only start a week later than they wanted.

  • Describe your actions if assigned a specific mission.
  • Prepare yourself by researching the group's brands, current luxury industry trends and events, and their competitors.
