Human Resources Coordinator
I've only done the virtual interview so far. The interviewer was really nice and easy to talk to. It was a short interview and they said they'd contact me about a second interview, but I haven't heard back even after sending a follow-up email. Overall, it was still a good experience for me.
- Why are you interested in Human Resources?
HR Coordinator
It was a very conversational interview, focusing on my past experiences and technical abilities. They also asked some strategic recruitment questions that they felt aligned with the company's values. In the first round, there were two recruiters. One was responsible for sales representatives in the different maisons, and the other handled corporate talent acquisition. They talked about Richemont's overall HR strategy and how recruitment and employer branding differ depending on the maisons' independence.
- What's your approach to developing a retention strategy for sales representatives in offline maisons?
HR Coordinator
Had a Zoom interview with the HR coordinator and HR specialist, though the specialist didn't end up showing. It felt very scripted, with little room for actual conversation, mostly just me answering questions. The vibe was quite cold and unprofessional. They mentioned they'd update me on next steps, but after a week of no word, I sent a follow-up email. Still no response, so it's been two weeks now without hearing back.
- Could you tell me about three of your weaknesses?
- What would you say are your three biggest strengths?
- What is your understanding of the Human Resources field?
