First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rich Products.
Associate Manager
The process was horrible. After a prescreen with HR and two separate interviews with the hiring manager, an interview with the VP and another project manager, radio silence for over 6 weeks. Through another connection on LinkedIn, I saw an internal memo dated 5 weeks ago announcing the filling of the roles and introducing the new hires. Completely disrespectful and disappointing considering Rich’s reputation. Either their HR team is overworked or their reputation is bogus.
- Can you tell me about your previous work history?
Innovation Manager
I went through a recruiting company. The first step was a phone screen with HR, and then I had a second interview with the hiring manager. The HR interview had standard questions, but the hiring manager asked more in-depth questions that were specific to the role.
- What makes you want to work for Rich Products?
- Can you describe a time you led the development of a groundbreaking innovation?
- Could you go over your resume and explain your career path and the reasons for changing jobs?
Manager
It was a really unprofessional and slow interview process. It started with a recruiter phone screen, and then about a month later I had an interview with the hiring manager. The interviewer seemed like they hadn't read my resume at all and only asked questions that were already clearly answered on it. After that, the recruiter ghosted me when she said she would reach out with next steps.
- What is your current location?
- Can you describe how you influence others?
