So I started by filling out some forms and then had a chat with HR, pretty standard stuff. After that, I was supposed to talk to the hiring manager, but I actually withdrew my application because I got a job offer somewhere else.

The interview process began with an HR screening call, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager. The final round involved a back-to-back panel interview with leadership members. Although the interview went well, the rejection reasons were unclear. The role was initially advertised as remote, but local candidates were required to attend interviews at the office very early in the morning. The position also changed from remote to hybrid during the interview process. Rich's has undergone significant restructuring, which seems to have created internal issues and politics. Based on local community feedback and vague post-interview details, I would not recommend this opportunity.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was quite long, involving about 5 rounds. A third-party recruiter handled the initial contact and was great at scheduling, though there were delays on Microsoft's end. They conducted several interview rounds and even extended an offer, but then placed me on standby because they had another candidate. Ultimately, they hired that candidate because they could join immediately.
