Presentation Behavioral

I had an interview with two senior staff members via Teams for about 80 minutes. It included a short presentation on how I would approach consulting a client at Ricardo. I put a lot of effort into preparing for the interview and presentation, and I felt it went well. However, the recruitment department completely ghosted me, and I never heard back from anyone at Ricardo. I tried sending multiple follow-up emails and making calls, but they were all ignored. This shows a total lack of respect for both candidates and employees. Don't bother applying.

The interview process was great! It was super efficient, clear, and well-thought-out. Everything was organized, so I moved through it quickly without any long waits. They were also really clear about what they expected and what would happen next, which made the whole thing easy and stress-free.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I found the job ad on Linkedin and applied on their website. After a month, I got invited for a first interview via phone with HR from the Energy & Environment department. They had a technical issue with their calendars, so the HR person ghosted me and I had to email them to follow up. We rescheduled, and the 30-minute interview focused on my motivation and what I'd contribute to Ricardo. After chasing them a few times for interview slots, I was invited to a 90-minute technical interview with two consultants (junior and senior) and the same HR person. This interview covered my understanding of the sector relevant to the role and didn't involve a presentation. They mentioned a final round, but the HR person kept delaying it with excuses. It never happened, and I never got a formal rejection.
