I made it to the final interview stage after completing some tests and a preliminary interview. Unfortunately, there was no offer or feedback provided. I received a rejection email that didn't include any feedback, but ironically, the same email asked for my feedback on the process!

The hiring team at Ricardo reached out, and after a week's delay due to the summer break, I was scheduled for a 30-minute introductory call with the hiring manager. This was followed by a more detailed second interview and some competency tests. After completing the tests, it was determined that I was overqualified for the role. Despite this, the interview process was positive, and the recruitment felt fair and transparent.
