The interview process was going really well. I was recently laid off from a big propTECH company and they told me they were really looking for people with my skills and background. I also had a personal referral from someone I used to work with who is currently with the company. I went through 3 rounds of promising interviews, one of them was a 3-hour panel interview with 3 people, and then I never heard back from them.

It was a really drawn-out process. Started with a recruiter chat, then I had four more video calls with different managers across the company. Pretty weird, actually, because everyone I talked to was new there too and didn't even really know what the job was about. Plus, their hiring seemed kinda off, the group of people interviewing me wasn't very diverse.

The interview process was very straightforward. The Ribbon team was transparent about the steps, which was helpful for planning while still working another job. I went through 3 rounds over 5 weeks (due to availability), and they felt more conversational than one-way questioning. All interviewers gave a great look into what Ribbon was like, the culture, and what to expect from the role!
