I got a recruiter call after applying online. Then there was a technical screen with some easy fundamental questions. After that, I had an onsite interview which included a hackathon focused on ETL and time series analysis, followed by a panel interview where I had to do a code walkthrough of my hackathon solution.

The first step was a 1-hour online coding challenge, mostly focused on Pandas and SQL. After that, there was a 7-month gap before the second round, which was a 1-hour panel interview with the exec team. One interviewer was really nice, but the other one kept mocking my answers and laughing at me. The questions they asked didn't seem relevant and didn't really have correct answers, which was super demotivating and felt like hell for the whole hour.

It was a pretty chill interview. They had a simple technical interview that included a small frontend task, a coding question, and an SQL query. Then there was a 30 min behavioral round with some really basic questions. I didn't get the job mostly because of my lack of experience, which they were aware of from the start.

The interview process was good. There were 2 rounds. The second round was more technical and required coming into the office for a hackathon. During the hackathon, the task was to create a simple app using Python or another language. This app needed to be containerized and deployed using Kubernetes, ensuring it worked from start to finish.
