First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RHM Staffing Solutions.
Recruiter
I went in for an in-person interview that included a shadowing part to get a feel for the office. When I got there, I sat in on a team meeting, which gave me some insight into how they operate daily. After that, I answered behavioral interview questions and then shadowed two employees to see the role in action. Everyone I met was friendly and welcoming, and the office had a young, energetic vibe. That said, I did feel a bit awkward at times—partly because shadowing felt somewhat unstructured, and it was a little hard to picture myself fitting in fully. Overall, it was interesting to see the work environment up close, but it left me feeling like it might not be the right cultural fit for me.
- Can you share an instance where you had a disagreement with your manager?
Recruiter
A recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn for an initial phone interview. Despite the recruiter being helpful, there was some confusion between different office locations. I was then invited for a second interview at the actual office, which I felt went well. Following that, I had a final interview via Zoom with the manager of the Nashville office. This Zoom interview was quite unusual; the manager didn't have his camera on, appeared busy, and the connection dropped midway. He then called me to finish the interview, which struck me as unprofessional. After this, I was left waiting for several weeks. I reached out to the recruiter to inquire about the status and was informed they had moved on with other candidates and offered no feedback. The whole process was lengthy, stressful, and ultimately yielded no positive outcome, feeling unprofessional.
- Can you share who has been the most influential person in your life?
Recruiter
The interview process starts like most with an initial phone call. Next you'll meet with one of the recruiters and go through a day in the life where they show you how they find applicants and what a meeting with an applicant looks like. Lastly you'll talk to one of the managers for a 1:1 conversation and discuss your thoughts on the job.
- What are your career goals for the next two to five years?
