First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RHM Staffing Solutions.
Sales Associate
Got a call from a recruiter who set up a screening call for me within a week. After that, I met with the sales manager. The last step was a final in-person interview. They had some really cool activities to try and impress potential hires, which made me feel special at the time. However, they do this routine about twice a day because they're constantly hiring due to high turnover.

I went in for an in-person interview that included a shadowing part to get a feel for the office. When I got there, I sat in on a team meeting, which gave me some insight into how they operate daily. After that, I answered behavioral interview questions and then shadowed two employees to see the role in action. Everyone I met was friendly and welcoming, and the office had a young, energetic vibe. That said, I did feel a bit awkward at times—partly because shadowing felt somewhat unstructured, and it was a little hard to picture myself fitting in fully. Overall, it was interesting to see the work environment up close, but it left me feeling like it might not be the right cultural fit for me.
- Can you share an instance where you had a disagreement with your manager?
Sales Development Representative
Had an initial phone screening, then an on-site interview. The screening questions were pretty standard. I met the whole team before the on-site, and everyone was really nice. The actual interview went well, though it was a bit tough. First, I spoke with two people who seemed to be mid-level, and then the branch manager joined and asked me some similar questions.
- What assurances can you give us that you won't leave the company?

I had an interview at RHM in Nashville, and it was a really unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. I arrived early, around 12:50 pm for my 1:00 pm interview, and waited in the lobby for 20 minutes with people walking by without acknowledging me. The receptionist eventually helped me. The office seemed fun at first, but after 30 minutes, it felt like a chaotic college classroom. The Director of Operations, who I was interviewing with, introduced himself loudly and asked if I like wine and margaritas, which was a weird way to greet someone. They let me shadow some recruiters, but it was chaotic, and some didn't seem to know what they were doing. I was passed around to three different employees to observe, and even though I asked questions, the unprofessionalism was a red flag. Then came the actual interview portion. Before I could sit, the Director asked which of his kids I thought was cuter, and insisted I answer. This started the interview off awkwardly. When I mentioned moving to Nashville for my boyfriend, he asked how long we'd been dating and then commented on how soon that is to move in, making me uncomfortable with his inappropriate comments about my relationship. We then discussed job expectations. He asked if I knew the hours, which I said I did. He explained the hours were about 7:30 am to 6:00 pm and asked if I could handle that in a condescending way. I said yes. Then he asked, 'Those are long hours, so you're ok with having no life?'. I didn't know what to say but remained professional. My experience was very uncomfortable due to his unprofessional and inappropriate comments and questions.
- Can you share an instance where you managed a challenging task?
- Do you enjoy wine and margaritas?
- Which of the Director's children do you find more attractive?
