The interview process involved technical questions. They asked about my experience in the field, if I had developed research projects, my English proficiency and level, and what software I know how to use. They also asked if I wanted to stay at the company and if I agreed with the working hours.

The first step was online with a test followed by a video submission of a few minutes with a challenge (response about a company theme), then the online group dynamic occurred with several company representatives, finally those who passed this stage went to the interview. The process is confusing, there are no defined dates and processes (I received an email ending the process with me and the next day I received a message calling me for an interview). I participated until the interview stage, but in this stage I spoke with the job supervisor and she did not have access to my resume or registered video, nor did she know of their existence, I do not recommend it and would not do the process again.

First, you had to send a video introducing yourself (in English) and answering two questions. If the feedback is positive, a group activity is scheduled where a problem is proposed to be solved. Lastly, there's an interview with managers from the area, where they ask questions (in English and Portuguese) about you, your experiences, and your ambitions.
