The interview process was quite structured and felt good. After a quick intro round, we dove deep into technical topics, focusing on understanding processes, operational interfaces, and specific hands-on experience. It turned into an open and detailed technical discussion with the plant manager, treating me as an equal.

The interview process included one technical and one HR interview. Both interviewers were very friendly and willing to discuss long-term commitments with each candidate. After the interviews, they were open to questions and offered suggestions for improving interview skills and general guidance.

The first step was online with a test followed by a video submission of a few minutes with a challenge (response about a company theme), then the online group dynamic occurred with several company representatives, finally those who passed this stage went to the interview. The process is confusing, there are no defined dates and processes (I received an email ending the process with me and the next day I received a message calling me for an interview). I participated until the interview stage, but in this stage I spoke with the job supervisor and she did not have access to my resume or registered video, nor did she know of their existence, I do not recommend it and would not do the process again.

First, the interview is done by video conference. The company's HR department will contact you, usually by phone, email, or WhatsApp, to schedule your video interview. The job requirements will be explained again, and the manager will look for experiences in your background that fit the profile of the role.
