First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rhenus Group.
Management Trainee
It was a four-stage interview. First was pre-screening, where they asked a few questions about my strengths and weaknesses, and asked me to describe the timeframe and what the role entails. If I passed that, I had an online meeting with HR to go over my resume/CV and talk about my personality and experiences. After that, if I passed, I got an email with a SHL assessment to test logic and some numerical questions, which was 36 minutes long. The final stage was Assessment Day, where I had to go to the company premises and do 3 activities: a 3-minute intro, a group case study, and an individual interview.
- Given a situation, how would you handle a situation where a colleague is not cooperating?
Management Trainee
The interview process is quite slow, aiming to find future leaders for Rhenus. They select 10 MTs each year. To understand more about the organisation, watch Trans India episodes 32 and 33. The process involves a Group Discussion (GD), followed by a Personal Interview (PI) and assessments. The first assessment is a bit of fun, like a mobile game where you solve Sudoku. The second assessment uses SpeechX, similar to what's shown in Mindtree's YouTube videos. Good luck to all the frustrated but deserving candidates!
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Can you tell me about a failure you experienced?
- Can you share an instance where you had a difference of opinion?
Quality Manager
Very pleasant and nice onsite interview. Typical application questions with assurance that feedback would come after two weeks. Unfortunately, two weeks turned into over two months. No feedback to date. A real shame!
- Classic questions like why this company?
- Why this position?
